ISLAMABAD, Sep 26 (APP): A group of high-ranking officials from the Majlis-e- Shura of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) here on Tuesday visited National Assembly of Pakistan.
The visit was in line with the roadmap agreed upon by Speaker of the National Assembly, Raja Pervez Ashraf, and , Chairman of Majlis-e-Shura, Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al Sheikh during their meeting, aimed at further strengthening cooperation and collaboration between the National Assembly of Pakistan and the Majlis-e- Shura.
The Saudi delegation consisting of official of Majlis-e- Shura was briefed about important initiatives undertaken taken by the national assembly for its complete and comprehensive digitalization.
The delegation expressed appreciation about progress of different projects undertaken by National Assembly of Pakistan.
Later, the delegates also toured the Parliament House including National Assembly Hall.
